In addition, it will ensure that the limited natural resources of the city are not wasted in a modern way and that they are environmentally friendly, and that it will develop monitoring and control methods to prevent land degradation in the area, and it will inform the relevant party when the work is completed. In addition, it will provide certification of competence to institutions engaged in oil and oil products in the city to provide services that are compatible with the environment and will carry out monitoring and control work.
